Yours to keep
The record leaves with you.
Casa never sells your information and never shows you an advertisement. You choose what each person sees, section by section. And on the day you sell, your documents go to the next owner instead of dying in your inbox.
Today, every document you have uploaded downloads as one archive. The same button for the structured record — every field, not just the files — is being built. We would rather tell you which half is finished than call the whole thing done.
When it earns its keep
“My wife needs to get in — but not at the mortgage.”
Give her the house and keep the loan to yourself. Every section is its own decision.
“Someone is house-sitting for two weeks.”
They get the to-dos and the plumber’s number. They do not get your receipts, and they never see that there were any.
“We’re selling.”
Hand the buyer every document you have, and keep a copy for yourself. Then delete the home, and the files go with it.
What’s underneath
Usable today
Sharing & access
Let people in exactly as far as you mean to — a grid of sections, and what each person may do in them.
Section by section
Access is a grid of sections and what each person may do in them. Everything in Maintenance and nothing in Mortgage is a normal answer.
Enforced on the server
Checked on every read and every write. Hiding a button is a courtesy, not the protection.
The assistant inherits your limits
When someone asks Casa a question, it can only reach what that person could reach themselves.
Casa for your casa
You don’t have to do it all at once.
Put in the things you would hate to lose — the appliances, the paperwork, the people who fix things — and let the rest arrive as it happens.
