How it works
A home record you do not have to sit down and write.
The hard part of any system of record is filling it in. Casa is designed around that problem: most of what it knows arrives from a link you paste or a photograph you take.

Step one
Add the home.
Paste a Zillow or Redfin link and Casa drafts the profile, a starting inventory and the tax record for you. No listing? Type in the address and the basics — it takes a few minutes.
Add as many homes as you own. Each keeps its own record.
Your home fills itself in → - 02
Step two
Fill it in as you live.
You do not sit down and enter a house. You add the water heater when it is serviced, the paint code when you finish the hallway, the receipt when it arrives. Photograph the paperwork and Casa reads it.
Photos and PDFs are extracted and filed where they belong.
Your home fills itself in → - 03
Step three
Let it do the remembering.
The record starts holding the dates for you. A warranty shows as expiring while there is still time to use it, a renewal before it rolls over, and recurring work turns up in your to-dos on its own. Everything that happens lands on the timeline.
Casa does not email you — it keeps the dates, and they are there when you look.
Get on top of the house → - 04
Step four
Ask it anything.
When you need an answer — what model is the furnace, who did the roof, what have we spent this year — ask in plain language. The Agent answers from your record and shows its sources.
It only ever reads what you could read yourself.
Ask, and it’s done →
Why it pays off
The moments a home record earns its keep.
None of this is exciting on the day you enter it. All of it is valuable on the day you need it.
The dishwasher stops mid-cycle.
The item record has the model number, the manual, the installer’s phone number, and whether it is still under warranty.
You are repainting the hallway.
The surface record has the exact color and finish you used four years ago, so the touch-up matches.
A renewal notice arrives at a higher price.
The renewal date was already on the record, next to what you have been paying since you moved in.
You decide to sell.
The investment ledger has every improvement, and every document you have uploaded downloads as one zip for the next owner.
Start your home record.
Create an account and add your first home. It takes a few minutes, and everything you put in stays yours.
